Purpose:

                - To distribute any findings that aids in the development of the system to team members
- Any completed parts of system or report are emailed among team member for evaluation

                Date/Time – Anytime, when necessary

                Purpose:

-          For short conversation regarding project

3. Meeting

Date/Time – Every Monday, 5.30 – 7.00pm

Purpose:

- Discuss on completed task and future task
- Any assistance for any problem faced among team member is further discussed and solved

4. Handphone

Date/Time – Anytime, when necessary

Purpose:

-          To notify any important problem or issues faced among team members

-          To schedule next meeting.
